Building Maintenance
Our building maintenance team is your first point of contact as one of our tenants. They look after the day-to-day building operations, ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained space for your business to operate.
Our building operations staff bring years of experience & a wealth of knowledge on all things mechanical.
This team is lead by Paul Soholt, Operations Supervisor. He is supported by a number of staff including our building operators and maintenance crew.

Paul Soholt
Operations Supervisor
Paul joined Melcor in 2016 with 6 years experience in building operations and maintenance. He was promoted in 2018 and now oversees our Edmonton office operations and maintenance division.

Pocholo Grumo
Building Operator
Pocholo is one of our building operators – he currently works onsite at the Royal Bank Building in downtown Edmonton. He has over 5 years of building maintenance experience but what you’ll notice first about him is his friendly and positive attitude.
Property Management
Our property management team oversees the operations of our buildings while also managing the big-ticket items like budgets, contracts, upgrades and renovations, and more.

Jeff Stork
Property Manager
Jeff manages operations and budgets for 8 Edmonton office and retail properties. He has 6+ years of commercial property management experience as well as experience in multi-family property management.

Shirley Osborne
Senior Property Manager
Shirley is responsible for Property Management of our Edmonton Area Retail and Industrial portfolio. Being a Licensed Alberta Real Estate Associate with over 15 years’ experience in real estate and property management, her professionalism and knowledge of the industry is a tremendous asset to Melcor. Shirley’s ability to operate her properties at the highest standard is achieved by her dedication, perseverance, and down-to-earth personality. We are proud to have her as part of our team since 2016.

Senior Leasing Manager
Nola has 13 years experience leasing commercial property in northern Alberta. She makes strong connections with our tenants, potential tenants, and industry partners. Sarah Wilhauk
Leasing Administrator
Sarah is responsible for all things leasing administration! She supports Nola and her division by writing leases for all of our investment properties. With prior experience in property management, she knows how important it is to keep communication flowing with tenants and ensures that accuracy, attention to detail and workflow is completed at the highest level.
